This Vanilla ice cream has no sugar in it so it is diabetic-friendly. What does this mean exactly? Here is the list of ingredients (not in any particular order): Whole Milk, Heavy Cream, Stevia Leaf Extract, Pure Vanilla Extract, Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, and Eggs. More details can be found on the container's label.
Most of our ice cream flavors have sugar in them. It is a simple and natural ingredient to sweeten foods. Sugar gets digested into glucose, C6H12O6, which is used for energy in your body. For diabetics, the glucose levels cannot be regulated and accumulate in your bloodstream. This eventually becomes a health problem with high glucose levels.
Instead of sugar for this ice cream, we use Stevia Leaf Extract. This sweetener is over 200 times sweeter than sugar. The sweetener in Stevia is based on the Steviol Glycosides, which is C38H60O18. Being a sweeter and more complex molecule means it can be used as a sugar substitute without worrying about it converting to glucose. Thus, Stevia Leaf Extract does not raise your glycemic index.
Package Size: You'll receive two (2) pint-size containers (net weight of 12 ounces each) of this ice cream flavor. Each container will be vacuum-sealed for freshness.

We offer only 1 or 2 days shipping for your perishable ice cream. We understand that 1 or 2 days shipping is expensive, but this will ensure that your ice cream arrives in peak, frozen condition.
Due to an issue with calculating shipping charges, we may have to re-confirm your order to ensure that the proper shipping charges have been applied. If there are any issues with this then we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money.
You will receive a shipping notification from the carrier once your product has been shipped and delivered. Note, there will be no signature required for delivery, so the carrier will leave the package at your address (sometimes without ringing your doorbell).
If you send our ice cream as a gift, please let the recipient know when to expect its arrival to minimize your package being left outside.

You will receive 2 pint size containers (net weight = 12 ounces each container) of the same flavor.
The containers will be individually vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness, since there are very few preservatives (if any) in your ice cream.
Because your ice cream is made to order, please be patient. It can take up to a week to source the ingredients and make your ice cream. It will be worth the wait!

Upon receipt, please put your ice cream in the freezer immediately using gloves to protect your hands from the cold.
Please don't eat your ice cream right away. Allow it to reach ideal eating temperature after it sits in your freezer overnight.
The ice cream is made with as few preservatives as possible, so enjoy eating your ice cream sooner than later.
