Shipping policy

Generally, Sung's Treats tries to ship within one week of your order's date, but it could be later depending on ingredient availability, the level of customization, or when the shipping carrier can deliver your item.

 

You can select 1 - 2 days for shipping your perishable ice cream.  We understand that the shipping costs can be expensive, but these costs are generated by the shipping carrier.  This shorter timeframe will help to ensure that your ice cream arrives to you in peak condition.

 

Sung's Treats cannot be responsible for shipment delays, lost packages, or damaged items as these are managed by the shipping carrier, and such issues are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

Customers should inspect items immediately upon arrival and report any defects or incorrect items to info@sungstreats.com. Please allow a few days for a response time.
