Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of ice cream. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned, but they do not expire.

Sung's Treats cannot be responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged items as these are managed by the shipping carrier. As such, any shipping or delivery issues cannot be refunded or credited.

Customers should inspect items immediately upon arrival and report any defects or incorrect items to info@sungstreats.com. Immediately freeze the ice cream, but do not eat/discard it until the issues are resolved.

While Sung's Treats will strive to create the most appealing flavor for custom ice cream orders, satisfaction is not guaranteed due to the subjective nature of people's taste.
