Shipping or Local Delivery

Shipping:

To provide you the freshest possible ice cream, we offer only 1 or 2 day shipping options. If you are located near Ohio then we've added Ground shipping as an option (within a 2-day point). We understand that these shipping costs are higher, but this will ensure that your ice cream arrives in peak, frozen condition.

 

Please allow at least a week to prepare and ship your standard ice cream flavors. If it is a Custom or Premium Creation then it will take at least two (2) weeks to ship. This is because your ice cream is made after your order to ensure it is exactly what you want.

 

You will receive shipping and delivery notifications from the carrier directly (we use UPS currently). There will be no signature required upon delivery, so the carrier will leave your ice cream package at your address. Please have someone available to put your ice cream in a freezer as soon as possible. If there are concerns about your ice cream's condition upon receiving it, then please contact us immediately at info@sungstreats.com.

 

Due to possible issues with calculating shipping charges for larger orders, we may have to re-confirm your order's cost to ensure that the proper carrier charges have been applied (note, we do not make money on shipping charges). If we need to make an adjustment then we will contact you before starting your order. We will gladly cancel your order and refund your money if you have any concerns with the adjusted price.

 

There will be a note included with your shipment.  It provides information on how to handle your ice cream (especially if there is dry ice left) and how to recycle your packaging.

 

 

Local Delivery:

We started local delivery if you are located near Liberty Township, Ohio. Once you enter your address in the Checkout page and it is within range, it will show up as another shipping option.

 

If you are in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, then please send me an email (at info@sungstreats.com) and I will let you know if we can make a local delivery for your order (it will save you on UPS shipping as well as packaging costs). I will email you an invoice with the adjusted price that you can pay at your leisure.

 

If you are outside our local delivery range and do not want ice cream shipped to you, then please visit our 'Where to Buy' webpage. We carry our 6 standard flavors (Vanilla, Milk Chocolate, Strawberry, Chocolate Chip, Cookies & Cream, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) at these local businesses (grocery stores and farm markets) in order to support our community.
